The Bridlewild Trail System is a hidden gem of 35 plus miles of trails in the Lower Merion area. We have hiked and gotten lost in 4 different areas in Bridlewild. Even with a map the trails are hard to find. This trail is not on the map, that is why I call it secret. The trail starts down the road from Flat Rock Park and goes along the Schuylkill, maybe all the way to Manayunk. We will go as far as we can, then if time permits we will hike trails we hiked in Bridlewild Hike #1 which includes Rolling Hill Park. This area is quite nice.

We will walk for about 3-3.5 hours at a moderate pace.
