Any day or night is a great day to walk in the Chestnut Hill area. Since we had such a great walk on every other night hike, I'm repeating this on a regular basis, every other week.

Though I've walked the area dozens, if not hundreds, of times during the day, I've rarely done it at night. And winter, with early sunsets, is a great time of the year to do it. A little snow (enough snow!), like on Xmas Eve, makes the area more magical. We might even find areas dark enough to see some stars!

After the walk we can gather at my place in Hill House instead of eating out. Bring something to eat or drink. I have plenty of beer. We might get a few pizzas, so bring veggies and fruit to keep us healthy. Let me know whether or not you want to participate in the potluck.
