Changed to Wissahickon Snow Hike ---Explore White Clay Creek State Park
Since the weather scared everyone from White Clay Creek Park hike, I'm changing this to a Snow Hike in the Wissahickon. Meetup time 1145am at Hill House.
The Wissahickon in the snow is a real treat. Just hope we get a lot.

- you have to move the black rectangle out of the way and zoom in until the red blob in the middle becomes large enough to see the route (I lost battery power partway through on my Garmin Nuvi and hand-drew the remainder of the route using tools at: www.gpsvisualizer.com - no elevation data for that part). -BevPosted February 1, 2010 at 3:46 PM

Sidney GEvent HostOrganizerWe hiked about 9-10 miles in on blue skied day in the Wissahickon. Went to Earth afterwards. Beer incredible and food super by proclamation of the entire group. Hope to see you all soon again.

Bev E1111, Co-OrganizerThe park was beautiful... about a 9 or 10 mi walk. Sunny, not too cold. Lots to see. And dinner at Earth's on Germantown was scrumptious (pizza and beer).
