Twilight Hike Thursday
Scheduled this hike for Thursday because I have another event on Wed.
The Chestnut Hill and Wissahickon areas are about as beautiful places as you would want to visit. And you don't need to travel to Colorado or Montana or Maine. With better weather the twilight hikes in the Chestnut Hill Wissahickon should be great.
We will head around Chestnut Hill, go into the park, for a 1.5-2 hour walk and hopefully view a wonderful sunset from one of the highest places in the city. This will not be as difficult as the usual hikes in the Wissahickon.
We will usually run this hike on Wednesdays, but sometimes we will run it another evning. Maybe needless to say, but we will go a different route each hike.
We meet in the lobby at Hill House (201 W Evergreen, 19118).

I really enjoyed this ramble through Chestnut Hill. I thought the group was friendly and the leader gave us a lot of information about the area. I expect to have many more enjoyable hikes with this group.
