Twilight Hike Wed & Free Pastorius Park Concerts
Because of the high temperatures, over 100, we are skipping the hike; just doing the concert which is totally in the shade. Meet at Pastorius Park at 7pm. This is the Twilight Hike with a free concert at Pastorius Park at 730pm. The concerts go from 6/16 to 7/28. The list of performers can be found on the website menu: More then Files. Bring food & drink to share, a blanket or chair, and bug spray. If the concert or weather is bad we will adjourn to Hill House. Regular Twilight hike writeup follows.

The Chestnut Hill and Wissahickon areas are about as beautiful places as you would want to visit. And you don't need to travel to Colorado or Montana or Maine. With better weather the twilight hikes in the Chestnut Hill Wissahickon should be great.
No Hike on July 7. We will head around Chestnut Hill, go into the park, for a 1.5-2 hour walk and hopefully view a wonderful sunset from one of the highest places in the city. This will not be as difficult as the usual hikes in the Wissahickon.
We meet in the lobby at Hill House (201 W Evergreen, 19118).
