Twilight Hike Wed + Our Own Concert & Picnic
Due to popular demand we are going to have the Twilight Hike then a picnic with our own music (from my Laptop), since the regular concert series is over. Picnic will start at Pastorius Park at 730pm. Bring food & drink to share, a blanket or chair, and bug spray. If the weather is bad we will adjourn to Hill House. Join us for the hike or picnic or both.

The Chestnut Hill and Wissahickon areas are about as beautiful places as you would want to visit. And you don't need to travel to Colorado or Montana or Maine. With better weather the twilight hikes in the Chestnut Hill Wissahickon should be great.
We will head around Chestnut Hill, go into the park, for a 1.5-2 hour walk and hopefully view a wonderful sunset from one of the highest places in the city. This will not be as difficult as the usual hikes in the Wissahickon.
Maybe needless to say, but we will go a different route each hike.

Sharon P2010This one was a small group hike, and I loved it as much as the large group hikes, if not more so. Even though the locale was right in our own backyard, so to say, it was still awesome to see the beautiful homes and a construction site in the Wissahickon Park.
