If you want to see dragon flies, then the pond at Mountain Lake Park is a place to go. The hilly park near Princeton University has 9 miles of trails including 2 lakes. We will zip around the park visiting the Witherspoon Woods at the far northeast for about 2-3 hours before heading to the picturesque Princeton University Campus which is less than a mile away. (We may drive to campus) We can take advantage of a free tour of the Princeton University Art Museum at 2 pm. Afterwards, we will head to one of my favorite restaurants for a bite, Alchemist and Barrister, located on an alleyway in Princeton- 28 Witherspoon Street, Princeton, NJ 08542-3293 [masked]
Here's an All-In-One Link showing the meeting spot (top), the Princeton U. Art Museum, free parking at Lot 3 on Princeton Campus, and Alchemist & Barrister: http://local.google.c...

Always good idea to bring some food, your camera, and on hot days a dry shirt that you can change into.
Warm weather hike info:
• Apply sunscreen before leaving home. See more about sunscreens under Files.
• On real hot days, bring an umbrella for the sun. Highly recommend: http://www.campmor.co...
• For hikes in a park it's best to wear long sleeve shirts and long pants for protection against bugs, thorn bushes, poison ivy, etc. I'm often regretful when I don't take my own advice.
• Bring lots of water. Best to get a 3 liter hydration pack or reservoir. More about water: http://www.hikingarou...
• Only a forecast of thunderstorms and torrential rains will cancel a hike. A normal rain is no problem in warm weather.
color=orangered]If the weather is iffy I'll email a weather report a few days before the hike.. To see more about the weather visit: http://www.hikingarou...
Have your event fee ready in dollar bills so we can get going right away. No coins, dubloons, or 5's or 10"s. Thank you.
Please be aware of our group rating system. We need a 5 star rating or no rating. Read more about this at: http://www.hikingarou...

Okay to bring fido. Please read the Doggy Page first: http://www.hikingarou...
Parking lots often do not have an address. Use the Google Map, or the GPS coordinates given by the Google Map, or the intersection of streets in the address. The town is Princeton.
Mike, if your GPS is like mine and doesn't do coordinates, put in 19 Mountain Ave, Princeton......that should get you close to the entrance of the lot.
Refunds are not offered for this Meetup.
What is the address of the meeting spot?
