Doylestown is a great little town with lots of history and interesting places to explore. Michael C put together a 6 mile loop that passes the victorian Margaret Mead House, the 3 Mercer Museums including the castle, the Mitchner Museum, the Hammerstein home, Highland Farm, plus a lot more.
We'll explore the area for 3-4 hours starting at the Bucks County Court Parking Lot. Those interested can join us for a meal in town after the hike. Mike tells me there are many great places.
Caution: You should be able to walk 3-4 hours without much of a break. Mostly flat.
To carpool from Hill House meet at 1045 am. Each carpooler chips in $5 at the start. Email me 3-4 days in advance and receive a reply.
