Brandywine Creek & Beyond Exploration

Brandywine Creek State Park is part of the larger Woodlawn Trust that spans both Delaware and Pennsylvania. There are probably 50 miles or more of trails in the Trust area if you can find them. I say "if" because my maps are notoriously inaccurate. What you do find are beautiful farms, forests, streams, meadows, and lots of hills. One of my favorite areas to hike.
We'll explore the The Woodlawn Trust area for 3-4 hours. The parking lot runs for a block or two along the Brandywine. Park as close to Beaver Dam Rd as possible. And make sure to use the above link or gps coordinates.
Caution: You should be able to walk 3-4 hours without much of a break. You should have recently hiked 8 miles in conditions detailed above. Very hilly.
To carpool from Hill House meet at 1015 am. Each carpooler chips in $7 at the start. Email me 3-4 days in advance and receive a reply.
