    I have my own mailing list that attracts lots more students, so don't be intimidated by the number who show up to NVC classes from Meetup.com.

    Hey David! I know about the Option process. The Option work is more about self-growth, NVC is about relationships (which of course includes your relationship with yourself). NVC is really a set of skills for connecting with others.

    Byron Katie's "The Work" is a lot like Option, and we're going to do a weekend this winter called "If Byron Katie met Marshall Rosenberg (who created NVC)." I'm thinking you'll really like that weekend. If you want to try out NVC, come to a class, 1st one's free.
