Follow, Do Not Lead
When members walk ahead of me, this creates a problem. I can't deal with folks both behind and ahead. You can't follow me from ahead. You also can start a free for all walk with members running past the real leader to the new front runner. Now the group has no leader. Now, we don't have a group. So, stay behind me. And do not follow anyone else.
